Reimbursement for outpatient therapy services and home health visits is often jeopardized by inadequate documentation or failure to provide the appropriate paperwork at the right time.

Karen will address common issues with submitting the correct documentation for ordering Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, Wound Care, palliative and hospice care.
