Human resources is one of the most time consuming and frustrating aspects of a manager’s responsibilities. One misstep can lead to a discrimination claim or fine. At the very least, an environment where employees feel the rules are not consistently followed impacts performance and morale. In this session, we provide an overview of the HR basics every manager needs.
