Coding the Integumentary System 2025 Presented by: Karen Scott, MEd, RHIA, CCS-P, CPC, FAHIMA
Revisit CPT coding as well as important diagnostic coding with Karen Scott.Sharpen your coding skills to ensure selection of the appropriate codes for reporting debridement, excision of lesions, burns, repairs, and other integumentary services for optimum reimbursement and coding compliance. The section will include discussion of codes and documentation needed to support their use. Problematic areas and common “hot spots” will be covered. If there are applicable topics or questions that you wish to be addressed, please forward those at least a week prior to the session to make sure they are covered.

Coding ENT and Plastic Surgery In 2025 Presented by:Karen Scott, MEd, RHIA, CCS-P, CPC, FAHIMA
This class will review coding processes, rules, and regulations related to Otolaryngology and some common plastic surgery procedures. Along with chapter specific terminology and anatomy, Karen will address coding conventions with special attention to sequencing guidelines and rules. Frequently used diagnoses for disorders, diseases, and conditions of Otolaryngology will be reviewed.Practice coding exercises will be an important section of the class and will assist in reinforcing the material covered. Please bring your CPT4 and ICD-10-CM manual to class for participation in the exercises.
